An eight part series for the New York Times Op-Docs exploring race and identity in America. The series debuted in March 2015 with "A Conversation With My Black Son," which received nearly 54,000 views and 500 comments within two days. Alongside the series rests a dedicated landing page made to engage and encourage audiences to contribute to the dialogue through sharing their own experiences.
The series won an the 2016 Online Journalism Award for "Best Online Commentary".
